What is Arkoris?
A Discord bot for ARK communities that also runs your Nitrado servers: live in-game logs, ARK Guard anti-cheat review, player & tribe search, wipes and one-tap rollback. Free plan: welcome, role menus, /pop, charts, basic pets. Premium unlocks the ARK suite plus payments, staff pay, a web store, custom branding and more.
What is free?
Welcome messages, auto roles, role menus (with no artificial limits), /pop cluster population, basic population charts, basic pets, and community setup tools. The free plan is fully usable on its own.
Is /pop free?
Yes. /pop is free for every server, including the full cluster view, per-map breakdown, and basic 24h/7d charts.
Does /pop show the whole cluster?
Yes. /pop aggregates every map in your cluster by default — total players, per-map online/offline, peak today, 24h average, and charts.
Are role menus limited?
No. Role menus on the free plan have no artificial limits. Build as many as your community needs.
Are population charts free?
Yes. 24h and 7d cluster charts are included in the free plan.
What is Premium?
Premium unlocks the ARK suite — ARK Guard, live in-game logs and chat relay, player & tribe search, wipes, one-tap rollback, tribe-log feeds — plus server-owner tools: PayPal payments, staff pay tracking, a web store, hype rewards, advanced credits, advanced tickets & logs, giveaways and events, moderation, server templates, premium branding, advanced pets, and priority support.
Can I customize the bot branding?
Yes — on premium. You can set brand name, embed color, footer text, and logo. Branding applies to embeds, panels, /pop, tickets, and welcome messages.
Does premium give me a separate Discord bot?
No, not by default. Premium branding customizes embeds, panels, charts, and dashboard appearance per server using the shared Arkoris application. Dedicated white-label bot instances may be considered later as a separate offering.
How does /subscribe work?
Run /subscribe in your server, click Subscribe / Renew 1 Month, pay with PayPal. The bot confirms payment via webhook and activates premium for 30 days automatically.
Can I get lifetime premium?
Yes, contact the owner directly through the support Discord. Lifetime and custom access can be enabled by the bot owner.
Are PayPal payments included in Premium?
Yes. Premium unlocks per-server PayPal payments, automatic confirmation via webhook, and full payment logs.
Is ARK Guard / Nitrado included?
Yes — both are live on Premium. ARK Guard (anti-cheat review), Nitrado server control, live in-game logs and chat relay, player & tribe search, wipes and one-tap rollback all run over the Nitrado API. Free servers get /pop and the community tools.
Does ARK Guard ban people automatically?
ARK Guard gathers evidence for your staff to review. The one automatic action is banning accounts that run in-game admin commands without being on your Trusted Admins list. It is configurable: the owner can switch auto-ban off in /ark → ARK Guard, and you can trust your own admins with /whitelist.
Does Premium renew automatically?
No. Premium is a fixed 30-day or 365-day pass. It simply ends unless you pay again with /subscribe; nothing is charged automatically.
Do I need coding knowledge?
No. Every system is configured through buttons and modals inside Discord. No commands, no config files.
