What is Arkoris?
A Discord automation bot for ARK PvP servers and gaming communities. Free plan: welcome, role menus, /pop, charts, basic pets. Premium plan: payments, staff pay, hype, custom branding, advanced pets, and more.
What is free?
Welcome messages, auto roles, role menus (with no artificial limits), /pop cluster population, basic population charts, basic pets, and community setup tools. The free plan is fully usable on its own.
Is /pop free?
Yes. /pop is free for every server, including the full cluster view, per-map breakdown, and basic 24h/7d charts.
Does /pop show the whole cluster?
Yes. /pop aggregates every map in your cluster by default — total players, per-map online/offline, peak today, 24h average, and charts.
Are role menus limited?
No. Role menus on the free plan have no artificial limits. Build as many as your community needs.
Are population charts free?
Yes. 24h and 7d cluster charts are included in the free plan.
What is Premium?
Premium unlocks server-owner tools: PayPal payments, staff pay tracking, hype rewards, advanced credits, advanced tickets & logs, giveaways and events, moderation, server templates, premium branding, advanced pets, and priority support.
Can I customize the bot branding?
Yes — on premium. You can set brand name, embed color, footer text, and logo. Branding applies to embeds, panels, /pop, tickets, and welcome messages.
Does premium give me a separate Discord bot?
No, not by default. Premium branding customizes embeds, panels, charts, and dashboard appearance per server using the shared Arkoris application. Dedicated white-label bot instances may be considered later as a separate offering.
How does /subscribe work?
Run /subscribe in your server, click Subscribe / Renew 1 Month, pay with PayPal. The bot confirms payment via webhook and activates premium for 30 days automatically.
Can I get lifetime premium?
Yes, contact the owner directly through the support Discord. Lifetime and custom access can be enabled by the bot owner.
Are PayPal payments included in Premium?
Yes. Premium unlocks per-server PayPal payments, automatic confirmation via webhook, and full payment logs.
Is ARK Guard / Nitrado included?
No — they are planned / coming soon and not active yet. Premium subscribers will get access when released.
Do I need coding knowledge?
No. Every system is configured through buttons and modals inside Discord. No commands, no config files.
How do I get support?
