Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Arkoris ("the Bot", "we", "us") collects, how it's used, and your rights regarding that data.

1. What We Store

To provide bot functionality, the Bot stores:

• Discord server (guild) IDs
• Discord user IDs of members who interact with the Bot
• Discord role IDs and channel IDs used in your server's configuration
• Command settings, module configurations, and feature toggles
• Credit balances, hype points, pet data, and similar gameplay state
• Ticket transcripts and staff records you create through the Bot
• Payment confirmation records (transaction IDs and amounts — no card data)
• Premium branding settings (brand name, embed color, logo URL, footer text) for servers that have customized appearance
• Cluster population configuration (game, platform, cluster name) for /pop

Two kinds of data are processed in real time but not stored:

• Message content is read only to power features your server enables — custom prefix commands, the link filter, and chat events. It is processed in memory and discarded, and is never stored, except in ticket transcripts your staff explicitly generate
• Member join, leave, and update events are processed to deliver welcome messages, auto-roles, invite rewards, boost rewards, and the audit logs your server configures. The Bot does not collect member lists or presence (online status) data

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details, payment-provider credentials, or bank information. Their own privacy statements (PayPal · Stripe) govern how they handle that data.

3. How Your Data is Used

Data stored by the Bot is used only to:

• Provide the features you configure in your server
• Confirm and renew active subscriptions
• Maintain logs your staff use for moderation and payouts
• Diagnose and fix bugs in the Bot

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or third-party marketers. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database) strictly to operate the Bot.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained while the Bot is active in your server. If the Bot is removed from a server, configuration data for that server may be retained for a reasonable period to allow reinstallation, and is then deleted.

6. Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Contact us through the support Discord or email [email protected] with your Discord user ID or server ID.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data. No internet service is 100% secure, however, and you use the Bot at your own risk.

8. Children's Privacy

The Bot is not intended for users under the age required by Discord's Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated as the Bot evolves. Material changes will be announced in the support Discord.
